Radhaus literally translates in German to wheelhouse. A wheelhouse is when a person or organization is working within their expertise. Since we are a graphic design firm for hire, we're certainly in our wheelhouse designing shirts and stuff. The name is also a nod to Bauhaus, the famous design school in Germany from 1919 to 1933. Plus, Rad is short for Radical, which is out-of-use-slang that means "that's pretty cool."
This is the line art version of the Radhaus logo. Line art is used in places where color is hard to reproduce or solid lines may be more effective. If you look closely, you can spell each letter of Radhaus in the forms.

Our shipping rates are pretty simple.
Orders from $0.01 to $49.99 are $5.00 flat rate shipping.
Orders from $50.00 and up are FREE. (So, you know, you'll spend more)
Every item is made to order; we don't keep inventory. It takes about 2-7 business days to create your product after the order is approved. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Then, add shipping times on top of that. At this time we only offer standard ground shipping, so count on another 3-8 business days depending on where you are in relation to our fulfillment centers.

OTHER SHIPPING THINGS TO CONSIDER
When your order ships you will automatically receive an e-mail with tracking info. If you do not receive this e-mail, contact us and we will send to you manually.
Items with different lead times, like hats vs. T-shirts for example, will ship separately. This will not cost you more, it just works better for us logistically.
The delivery times of the shipping methods are estimates provided by the carrier. So, there may be some cases when packages are delivered outside of the listed estimated timeframe. If you think that the package may be lost in transit, make sure to contact us no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Before getting into the nitty gritty—do not send any products back to us until you have received specific return instructions from our customer service department. Depending on your issue we may have you send your item to a certain address and/or may not need you to send your item back at all. Use our contact form or call 1-833-RADHAUS and we'll get everything sorted out for you.
Any and all returns must be initiated within the first 3 weeks of the expected delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. There are no refunds or exchanges for any item labeled "clearance" when it was purchased.
REASONS FOR RETURNS
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Contact us and we'll instruct you on next steps. Most likely all we'll need are photos to prove that an error was made and then we'll get the correct item out to you as fast as we can.
We have a pretty killer sizing chart so hopefully it fits properly. If not, we want you to be happy and will offer you an exchange. Contact us for instructions on how to ship your item back to us (at your cost). When we receive it, as long as everything is in good condition, we'll ship out your newly requested size.
Changed My Mind
Sorry, we change our minds sometimes too, and totally get it, but we don't offer returns or exchanges for this reason.
If an address is provided that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed at the courier are returned to our facility. When received we will contact you and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
Since each item is made to order, we are unable to guarantee a cancellation. Contact us as soon as possible and if it hasn't gone into production yet then we should be able to cancel. Otherwise you will receive your item as normal.
